About us
What we do
We connect members to opportunities through our cross-university network and job postings board, and we help them build a broad, practical skill set through weekly modeling projects across quant, investment banking, and wealth management, internal stock pitches and competitions, and weekly newsletters covering the sectors our members care about.
Why BCA?
At UCLA, the conversation around finance careers rarely extends beyond investment banking and consulting. Students hear about the same two paths so often that many are funneled into them without ever learning about the niche and emerging sectors that might suit them better.
Recruiting is also becoming less predictable every year. Students who cast a wider net, both in the skills they build and the roles they pursue, are better positioned to succeed. BCA gives members the room to explore, the resources to find roles that match their own criteria, and the accountability to stay on track throughout the recruiting process.
